Is it possible to pay in instalments? 

No, it’s not possible to pay in instalments

Where is the exact meeting point for my activity? 

The meeting point is detailed in the dedicated section or pointed on the map

Do you have other tours or activities apart from the ones disclosed in each destination? 

We only offer the tours and activities shown in each destination.

Do I need to print my voucher or receipt? 

In most cases you can show the ticket on your mobile device. In case it’s mandatory to have it in printed form, it will be mentioned on the attraction page.

Do we visit each landmark included in the itinerary? 

Unless there is some unexpected event or the weather doesn’t permit it, the answer is yes.

I need to print my voucher, but I can’t. What should I do? 

Most of our attractions don’t need you to print your voucher but if it’s mandatory and you cannot print it, please contact us.

I don’t know if I’ll get to the tour on time. Will they wait for me if I’m late?

The simple answer is no, but inform us and we will try to assist you.

Can I buy an activity for another person? 

Yes, of course.

How can I pay? 

The only payment option right now is online, via credit card.

Is my payment secure? 

Yes, our partner for payment Mobilpay –  has all the security certificates needed and is one of the biggest players in card online processing.

I think I have paid but I haven’t received a confirmation email 

Please also check the junk folder of your email. In case the email is still not there, please contact us.

Can I book an activity and pay once I get to the destination? 

No, the only form of payment is in advance on the website.

After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher? 

Usually delivery is within 5 minutes, unless there is a remote system where we are connected, in which case it can take up to an hour. If it goes beyond this value, please contact us.

In what currency should I pay the activities I’ve booked? 

You will pay the activity in the currency selected on the website. The possible values are : Euros, Dollars and Romanian LEI

Can I reschedule my booking? 

Please contact us for this kind of situation

Can I book activities locally or on-site?

No, you can only book activities online

How can I check an activity’s availability? 

By using the calendar feature in each activity page.

Can a tour or activity be offered at a different date or time?

 Check the calendar feature in each activity page.

Can I book an activity during the Christmas season or during public holidays? 

Check the calendar feature in each activity page.

Can I book an activity on a day that isn’t available on the calendar? 

The simple answer is no, you can’t.

How many days in advance should I book the activity?

You should book as soon as possible to ensure your place, some activities run out of places very quickly.

Is there a minimum of people needed to book a private tour? 

Some activities do require a minimum number of participants, please check the information in the activity page.

What does price per group mean? 

It means the price shown is for the entire group and not per person.


Can I cancel my booking? 

Yes, but only for the activities that have stated that cancellation is possible and also if it’s within the cancelation period.

What is the cancellation policy? 

We refund the full amount paid in case the activity doesn’t take place or you cancel your booking ( see also the above answer for that ).

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

We refund the full amount paid or offer alternate dates in case the activity doesn’t take place due to bad weather.

Can I change the refund payment method if the activity is cancelled?

No, we can only make the refund on the credit card used for the transaction.
